Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Transfer to your hotel and meet your trekking guide for an orientation on the adventure ahead. Spend the rest of the day exploring the local culture, markets, or relaxing.
Day 2
Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding
Take an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. Begin your trek to Phakding, a small Sherpa village, as you trek through the lush landscapes of the Dudh Koshi Valley. Stay overnight in Phakding.
Day 3-4
Trek to Namche Bazaar – Acclimatization Day
Continue your trek towards Namche Bazaar, a bustling market town and hub of the Sherpa culture. The trek offers stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and other peaks. On Day 4, take an acclimatization day in Namche to explore the local area, visit the Sherpa Museum, and take a short hike to Everest View Hotel for a panoramic view of the mountains.
Day 5-8
Trek through Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche
Trek through picturesque villages like Tengboche, where you can visit the Tengboche Monastery, and enjoy the beautiful Himalayan landscapes. Continue to Dingboche and Lobuche, passing through Khumbu Glacier and gradually gaining altitude. The views of the towering peaks and glaciers will leave you in awe as you approach Everest Base Camp.
Day 9
Reach Everest Base Camp – Celebrate the Achievement!
Trek to Gorak Shep and from there, continue on to Everest Base Camp. Stand at the foot of Mount Everest and take in the spectacular views of the surrounding peaks and glaciers. Celebrate your achievement at one of the world’s most famous trekking destinations!
Day 10-13
Trek Back to Lukla and Fly to Kathmandu
Begin your descent back, retracing your steps to Lukla. Spend the last night in Lukla before taking a flight back to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu, you can relax, shop, or explore some of the city’s cultural sites before your departure.
Day 14
Departure
After breakfast, head to the airport for your flight home, filled with unforgettable memories from your adventure to Everest Base Camp.
