What are your gym hours?

We’re open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, so you can train when it suits your schedule best.

Do I need prior experience to join?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and barber.
